About Me

You made it here

Welcome, Sister ! I’m so glad you’re here with me.

This space is for women navigating midlife—women who have spent years raising families, building careers, and holding everything together… and are now ready to reclaim their peace and rediscover themselves.

I’m right there with you.

After years of raising children, leading complex programs in a demanding career, and putting my own interests on hold, I reached a season where something needed to shift—not starting over, but rebuilding with intention.

As a single mother of four, I’m finally finding room to breathe and return to the things I love most. This is my return-to-self journey, and I’m sharing what I’m learning along the way—what works, what doesn’t, and what actually helps.

Here, you’ll find practical, honest guidance on creating a healthier, more intentional, and fulfilling next chapter—through gardening, travel, wellness, and everyday life.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

My goal is to help you navigate your own transition with more clarity and intention.

Walk with me as we navigate this next season together.

FAQs

I recently started in Spring 2026. As my kids are getting older and I am able to find more time for myself, I have navigated juggling all the things for over 20 years and thought it would be nice to share my experiences (the ups and downs) with all of you so that you can take something from it to make your own lives easier. But never forget to stop and smell the flowers.

I can make suggestions and walk you through the business plan and concept development. However, the tech side of it is not my strong suit. I am still trying to figure out the programming end. It has taken me months to teach my self the web-development side of this business.

I use Hosting and Kadence for Word Press. I was completely new to website development, so I relied VERY heavily on ChatGPT and Gemini to walk me through the process. It spent several months coming up with a niche, business plan, evaluating what type of content I had enough experience with so that I could speak intelligently to the topics and sound believable.

I love Amazon and easy access to so many different products. For local shopping I have come to appreciate and find value in stores like Home Sense and Home Goods for my house. They have great finds, but you need to be sure to make your purchase right away or else they may not get that item back in stock. It’s a ‘see it – buy it’ situation. For my personal items, most of my recent wardrobe has come from Marshalls and TJMaxx. Believe it or not, they have a lot of selection including name brand clothes and HABA products.

I am always willing to share my experiences, thoughts and best practices. That approach has always made me a successful leader in my corporate life, and I welcome the opportunity to help out other moms who may be struggling with maintaining their own identity.
